Spruced Up

Sometimes. changing other elements in the room brings enough difference to the space that it gives existing pieces a new lease of life. Interior designer Georgina Cave aims to reuse whatever she can in her projects. For her own apartment in London, she designed a bespoke kitchen and bathrooms using reclaimed and sustainable materials. The sitting room was furnished with a mix of antique, vintage and newly commissioned pieces, including art. The olive-brown mohair curtains stayed while new pieces were introduced including the vintage leather armchairs.
